Parking in disabled spaces is an issue that concerns not only drivers with disabilities, but also all other road users. According to Article 12.19 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, the fine for occupying such a place without legal grounds is 5,000 rubles (in Moscow and St. Petersburg - up to 25,000 rubles).
