Towing a car without license plates: legality, risks and rules

These are temporary metal plates that allow you to legally move on the roads for a certain period of time (usually up to 20 days). To obtain transits, you must contact the registration department of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate, providing a purchase and sale agreement, a vehicle passport (PTS) and the owner’s passport.
